1. Overview
This Payment & Order Policy outlines the terms governing how orders are placed, confirmed, and paid for on moovthing.com, operated by Hinsan Link Limited.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods, all in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD):
Visa · Mastercard · American Express · Apple Pay · Google Pay · JCB · UnionPay
We do not accept cash, cheques, or bank transfers.
3. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Our payment processor is PCI DSS compliant.
4. Placing an Order
Select your product → Add to Cart or Buy It Now → Enter delivery details → Complete payment. By confirming checkout, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase at the stated price.
5. Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment, containing your order number, product summary, total charged, and delivery address. Please retain this as your proof of purchase.
6. Order Acceptance and Right to Decline
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where the product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, payment cannot be verified, or the order is suspected to be fraudulent. A full refund will be issued within 5 business days if an order is cancelled after payment.
7. Pricing and Currency
All prices are in HKD and inclusive of applicable taxes. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank.
8. Order Cancellation
- Before dispatch: Contact us immediately at hinsanlink.marketing@gmail.com with your order number.
- After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible; please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please verify your card details, available funds, and bank restrictions. We are not responsible for any fees applied by your bank in connection with a failed payment.
10. Duplicate Orders
If you have accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us immediately with both order numbers. We will cancel and refund the duplicate if it has not yet been dispatched.
