We currently ship within Hong Kong only — Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and most outlying islands served by SF Express.

4. Shipping Partner
All orders are fulfilled by SF Express（順豐速遞）, with real-time tracking available via the SF Express website or app.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

7. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with your SF Express tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. Track your order at www.sf-express.com.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. For lost parcels, contact us and we will liaise with SF Express on your behalf.
