We currently ship within Hong Kong only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, public holidays, or logistics disruptions.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased through the Site. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at hinsanlink.marketing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or circumstances beyond normal use are not eligible for a refund.
