Welcome to Moovthing ("we," "us," "our," or "Moovthing"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of moovthing.com (the "Site") and any products, services, or features offered through it. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with Moovthing, you ("you," "your," or "Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. 4.2 Pricing. All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Currency conversion may be displayed for your convenience at checkout, but your card will be charged in HKD based on the rate applied by your card issuer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Availability. All orders are subject to Product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue Products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. If a Product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

5.3 Taxes & Duties. Applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees are calculated and displayed at checkout where possible. You remain responsible for any country-specific duties or import fees imposed on international shipments.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Destinations. We ship worldwide, subject to carrier availability and destination-country import regulations. Some regions may be excluded at our discretion.

6.2 Delivery Times. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and may be displayed at checkout. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6.3 Risk of Loss. Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Product Use & Health Disclaimer

8.1 Not a Medical Device. Moovthing Products — including kinesiology tape — are designed for athletic, fitness, and general consumer support. Our Products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

8.2 Consult a Professional. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, physiotherapist, or sports-medicine professional before use if you:

  • Have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or known skin sensitivity
  • Are pregnant or nursing
  • Are applying tape over open wounds, broken or irritated skin
  • Experience any adverse reaction during use

8.3 Use at Your Own Risk. You assume full responsibility for the proper application, use, and removal of our Products. Moovthing is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage resulting from misuse, improper application, or use contrary to the instructions provided.

8.4 Patch Test. If you have sensitive skin or have never used kinesiology tape before, perform a 24-hour patch test on your inner forearm before applying the tape to a larger area. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, videos, and software — is the property of Moovthing or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR HKD 1,000 — WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
