How to Request a Refund

Email our support team at support@moovthing.com with your order number and a brief description of your concern. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please include a photo of the damaged item in your email.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened rolls of tape that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective. Unopened rolls in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
